Gladstone Olive Company was started when two families from Wellington started looking for the opportunity to give their kids a better taste of the great outdoors.

Good food has always been a big part of our lives, and the opportunity to combine our love of the country with the opportunity to create our own delicious extra virgin olive oil was too good to pass up.

Toasted Dukkah

Sprinkle over poached eggs, smashed avo, or our favourite meal is with a freshly made sourdough, Gladstone Olive Company Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a good sprinkle of Dukkah. Tasty, simple. Once opened, store in a cool, dark place and use within 1 month.
Truffled Honey with Lavender
